I was just preparing myself for the pre-order of a certain OC book. I can't remember the online bookshop that i got the last one from so i've been searching. Was hoping amazon had an aussie site so i could use my existing details and pay by switch/maestro (which seems to be accepted in Europe only), as i don't have a Visa or Mastercard any more

The Internet still confuses me. i think i'll just get books from the bookstore. he he he... we get all the OC books first!!! i've heard about people offering to send the Sending to our UK members. i'd buy a second copy and send it over as cheaply as i can, if anyone wants it, when it eventually comes out.

Mmm hmm, I can agree with that. I don't even own a computer and am often on here when under the pretense of studying for something or rather. By the way, I just found Ashling in the depths of my school library. I was so carried away about finding it the librarian kicked me out for making too much noise!!!

I was just going thru some stuff... and found a bag of over 200 badge pins ( the ones that the clicky bit twirls around and cant acidentally open up) that can easily be put on the back of little cards....
Does anyone want me to make name tags for stuff such ie for the Sending Launch, ie the lucky ones of us who are in Australia, and able to get to Melbourne... I could make each guild a diff colour, and put our screen names on it ( DM, Kayt, Arien Emerald, etc etc) cos there is sure to be members who havent met any of us at the launch, and prolly wont recognise Ober.net people on site, so it is a thought!

Dark One, I've got the link of the bookshop I bought my OC books from, and am hoping that they'll get The Sending in when it comes. i can send you the link if you like.
I think we should have a Brit expedition to Australia for the launch though...seems as good an excuse as any to go over!
Also, I thought there was an Aus amazon...?

I'd love a trip to Aus for the launch, but I somehow don't think I can afford it.
Dark One, maybe it would be possible to sort out payment using PayPal or something - it would certainly be the easiest way.
