Hmmm...I've taken my sweet time in posting here but here I finally am!
What to say, what to say?
My name is James and I think I'm possibly one of very few male posters on these boards.
I live in Melbourne where I work as a fashion model. I also have a keen interest in acting and hope that in years to come my modelling work can springboard me into that industry.
I've been a devoted fan of Obernewtyn for about 4 years now but only recently discovered this online community.
My favourite Obernewtyn character is, hands down, Ariel (hence the name). Since I was introduced to the series by a friend who told me I'd be perfect as Ariel in a film version I've become quite obsessed with the man to the point that I dog ear every page that Ariel appears on so I might be able to flip to it for quick reference and recite his lines to my mirror (SO lame I know).
My favourite Obernewtyn book is Ashling...not entirely sure why...I guess I just dig on all the drama.
I also have an insane theory that Angina and Hannay are conducting an illicit affair. I know you'll scoff but to me it's all too clear. The two of them are so in love awwwww.
Anyway that's about all there is from me.

Ah, yeah, I closed the theories site about 6 months ago, it was getting too much to manage with here too, so mostly everything was brought over to the Theories section here

I'll have to put the look-a-likes section back up one of these days..!

Have you finished Farseekers yet? You might want to avoid any of the theories threads until you've finished all four books because it might ruin things for you. But the books keep better! And as soon as you've finished, jump onto the theories site because there'll probably be some stuff that will surprise you...

Arielli, welcome aboard! It's funny how many people are obsessed with the books without finding the site. It took me years as well. Did you know that there's actually a play of Obernewtyn?
