Hi, I'm a newbie, but i've been an obernewtyn obsessive since 2000, when I stumbled across one and two in my school library, and I got ashling for my birthday last year, and hopefully the keeping place this year, my sister's keeping quiet, but I asked her three months ago.
I am willing to kill to get my hands on the next two books, and I'm considering moving to Australia.

I would like to join a guild!
After years of denial, I've given into to the fact that I'm an incurable fan-girl, for obernewtyn, harry potter, dr who, terry pratchett, almost anything (good). It's nice to be among others of my kind, all of my friends are fairly mainstream in their interests and not as obsessive as me.

Hey welcome shahrazad! I'm sure you'll have heaps of fun on these boards I'm a Dr Who and Terry Pratchett fan too, and I'm also a fan of LOTR and stargate The library has a fair bit of discussion on the tv, movies and books that people like As for guilds, my extremely biased opinion is that Dreamweavers rule but you should probably check out all the guilds before you decide (you can even decide not to belong to one at all ) |

Im Dragon Mornir, and im from the Dreamweaver guild! i spose i should let you all choose your own guild shouldn't i??? ... But as Dreamweaver, i jsut cant go past saying Dreamies ROCK!!!! and that as the most active guild around Obernet, your sure to have many fun adventures, eat lots of chocolate mousse, hug plenty of squirrels and watch tonnes of tv ( when you arnt on here ofcourse!!!) and just have a damn good time!!!

Ashlings are a friendly and helpful guild with lots to offer for example, Cheesecakes and who doesn't love a Cheesecake in the morning? we also have the ever surperior Antelopes, so no argument there. Ashlings are also quite attractive and by simply joining us your IQ will most certaintly increase.
