I'm not sure how this will go, this is how it works... The first person posts a show they loved when they were little, the next person posts something about that show to show that they've heard of it and then a show that they loved when they were little. If no one has posted after two days then someone can just post a show without knowing anything about the last one that was posted. You have to keep in mind that most of us obernetters are between the ages of 15 and 25. Example: Bob: Banana Man Sue: Ahh, that's the one where that boy Eric eats bananas and turns into Banana Man. I loved Roger Ramjet! (sp?) Fred: They guy who flies a jet and has a huge chin! I used to love.... Ok, I'll start: One of my all time favourite shows was Press Gang

That was where the girl was in an accident with some nuclear waste and got loads of cool powers. She could turn into a puddle of goo and slide under doors and stuff. It was great!
I used to love Dogtanian.

Ah, that was a classic series. The whole story of the Musketeers re-enacted by animated dogs (hey, it was better than it sounds, though the second series wasn't as good as the first)
I used to love Mysterious Cities of Gold

I've managed to download all of MCOG from the net. It will never be out on DVD in the UK cos our English language versions of that series were destroyed in a fire. You have a very good memory though! Anyway: Ulysses 31 was superb. A modern day retelling of the ancient myth. Ulysses angered the gods when he destroyed the giant cyclops whilst rescuing the children. They wiped the way back to Earth from Shirka's (ships comp) memory banks, and all his companions became as lifeless as stone. He had to find his way back to earth with the help of his son, Telemecus, Umi (a blue Alien girl) and Nono (a robot) I have the entire series on DVD... I loved The Girl From Tomorrow

The Girl from Tomorrow was about Alanna, a girl from the year 3000 who travelled back in time and made friends with a girl from our time. They were being chased by an evil guy from the year 2100 or so, who was trying to steal her time machine? I forget the exact plot but I loved the show.
I loved Dangermouse.

Dangermouse was/is ace! He's amazing...he's fantasics...wherever there is danger he'll be there...I bought a DVD of it not long ago. ('Cor blimey Chief!!) That's the one where a British secret agent/detective, who happens to be a mouse with an eyepatch voiced by David Jason, and his sidekick Penfold(who I always thought was a mole, but I'm not sure) went around on crazy adventures, usually trying to defeat Baron Greenbeck.
I loved Count Duckula

that's the one where they bring a vampire back to life with tomato juice instead of blood. Duckula, Nanny and Egor(sp?). Egor is reviving his master and then he asks Nanny for blood, he says, "Blood." in a deep creepy voice. she accidentally picks up tomato ketchup instead of blood. the result... Duckula, and he's vegetarian - to Egor's dismay. I used to love Duckula. and Dangermouse was great. i always remember those funny bombs with the rope-like fuses. back to Duckula, they used have a castle thta could teleport around the world at one stage. some of those episodes were great. Nanny finds a tribe of people just like her. Duckula finds out he has a double who lives on a farm and is a vampire and then they switch places. Egor is sooo happy when the replacement shows up, looking just like Duckula, and asks him for a meat sandwich. "Goodnight out there..... whatever you are."
I used to love "The Fugitive", if that counts. I was about 11 when i first started watching it, i figure u could call 11 little- im 24 now. (i couldn't think of anything else.) I used to stay up late every wednesday night to watch it. if you (the next person to post) doesn't want to count The Fugitive, then i just remembered something else (from when i was a little older). I used to love watching Medabots.

Ah!! I know that show - Medabots at least anyways Yay for anime It was about a boy Ikky I thinks and his Medabot (whose name escapes me) but you know true to Jap style, the Medabots used to fight - not as lame as it sounds though, it did have funny amusing bits. After Kay of the Snows desciption of Mysterious Cities of Gold, that sounds familiar to me, in any case it sounds good as well. Hehe, a different colour cause I don't know what the name of this show is, and it is bugging me SOOOO much because I really liked it (lol or at least think I will really like it)... but see I was too young at the time to recall what the name of the show is, so if ANYONE knows I shall be gratefully forever!!
Not that I have much to go by, but it was a cartoon, could have been anime ish, but I don't think it was... but the drawings were really nice.
Anyways, it was about these 2 children, where their mums gave birth to them at the same time, under a full moon... one mum was Asian who gave birth to the boy, typically asian looking, small eyes, black hair... kind of bowl cut I think, who later on wore a brown suit (it's how I remember it), and the other mum was caucasian who gave birth to a blone blue eyed girl, who later on wears her hair tied back either in piggy tails or a pony tail, with a pink dress... prehaps with a white apron. I don't remember whether they had the same father but, their birth was some sort of special happening.
The boy and girl looked after each other as each other as brother and sister, but of course because they were different races, people thought it was odd. The setting seems to be (based on clothes) the late 1880's. Practically the only thing I can remember from an episode was where there was this man, and he was trying to take the girl away from the boy, and the girl is crying... then whenever they held hands some blue light thing glowed around them... like they had powers or something...I don't know, I just really REALLY want to know what the show is *cries* - okay lol maybe not that extent but, I'm pretty sure it used to be on ABC in the dark... but so that'd probably be around 5 or 6 at night about 1992... so maybe about 10 years about, no more wow. But for anyone who doesn't know and would like to continue on with the game... a show I used to love as a kid hmmm Bonkers

Yeah, it had a wizard and a lady that rode a bike and the wizard looked into a puddle to read stories and he made the tune, boom boom boombooom boom Superted! I remember that one too! The spotty man gave him some magic dust and he got superpowers! I used to love that! I used to like that Show with that evil lady T-Bag and the boy called T-shirt, gah! what was it called? It wasn't a cartoon. The lady used to spy on people by tipping tea onto the saucer and looking into it and they collected keys or letters or something and there was a kid that used to try and collect them first.... edit: found it! It was called 'Wonders in Letterland' in the first season.

Oooh, Roobarb and Custard were great. It was a hand-drawn animation, about a cat and a dog. They were drawn in magic marker and were deliberately shaky, and Richard Briers did the voices.
I used to love Thunderbirds.

Thunderbirds was a great series (which i have on DVD). The series centred around Jeff Tracey (a former astronaut) and his family, and their fantastic rescue machines (all based on Tracey island). They were assited by Brains (the engineer and designer), and Kirano (the servant) and his daughter. Their arch nemesis was a mysterious man called The Hood (brother of Kirano) who could hypnotise people just by looking at them. They were also asisted by the english agent Lady Penelope and her butler Parker.
Thunderbird One was the rapid response unit and launched from the swimming pool Thunderbird Two was the heavy transport unit and launched from a secret entrace in the cliff face Thunderbird Three was the spacecraft and laucnched throught the roundhouse Thunderbird Four was the submarine and launched from Pod 4 of Thunderbird 2 Thudnerbird Five was the orbiting space station FAB 1 was the pink Rolls Royce owned by Lady Penelope
I used to love Bravestar

the A-Team was great. "I love it when a plan comes together." A team of U.S. military soldiers were sent to jail for a crime they didnt commit. they break out and go around North America helping the oppressed "when no one else can help". there was B.A. (bad attitude) who didn't like to fly and got frequently sedated, the crazy guy (the pilot), the guy in charge (the colenal i think) and someone else (i think). they'd make they own weapons with whatever junk was handy. i used to watch it on saturday mornings. and the music was great.
I used to love Redwall.
