lol I LOVED Samauri Pizza cats - yay for anime the english version totally scrapped the jap script and did their own thing. Captain Planet - my friends went through a thing with that a few years back... it was ... 'interesting' Rupert! The White bear - I loved him! He went on adventures... the episode I remember is the one where him and his friend sneezed while eating pickles and they weren't affected when father time stopped time to take a vacation. So they went to find father time, and he sent them on a mission to try and reverse it, but they strayed off the track and fell off so went through time at a really fast rate and then got really old. In the end it was all better and back to normal Okay a show I used to love back in the day was 'The Wonder Years'

I remember all of those, but i prefer the original series of Rupert the Bear. It was more like the old books.
The Wonder Years was a gentle, nostalgic look at Baby Boom youth and adolescence, told stories in weekly half-hour installments presented entirely from the point of view of the show's main character. Young Kevin Arnold, portrayed on screen in youth by fresh-faced Fred Savage, provided the center of the action. Adult Kevin, whose voice was furnished by unseen narrator Daniel Stern, commented on the events of his youth with grownup wryness twenty years after the fact. The series traced Kevin's development in suburban America from 1968, when he was 11 years old, until the summer of 1973, his junior year in high school.
A typical week's plot involved Kevin facing some rite of passage on the way to adulthood. His first kiss, fleeting summer love, first day at high school, the struggle to get Dad to buy a new, color TV--these were the innocuous narrative problems of The Wonder Years. The resolutions seemed simple but often were surprising. Kevin the narrator always conveyed the unsettling knowledge that, in our struggle toward maturity, we make decisions that prevent us from going back to the comfortable places of youth. For example, when pubescent Kevin stood up to his mother's babying, he took pride in his new independence. But his victory was bittersweet--he realized that he had hurt Norma by reacting harshly to her well-meaning mothering, and he had lost a piece of the relationship forever.
I used to love Bravestar

Don't know it... but you have no idea how happy i am to discover others who have seen and loved Samarai Pizza Cats!! i was beginning to think i had existed in a parallel universe in the mornings... I remember it only vaguely, but mum tells me i used to love it... however i do remember playing a game of it outside...my brotehr used to run around with a bike pump to 'pump' people back to life if they died...it was kinda strange, and i have no idea if that has anythign to do with teh substance of the show...i'll assume people died... But we were young, i dont think it really mattered whether or not the game followed the plot of the show... but it was possibly the starting point...

Aaanyways; Widgt was the little purple alien dude who could change form. I remember him more from the computer game that my cousin gave me a few years later though (ah, back in the days of the NES!). Did he have something to do with the environment though? Someone else can probably expand on this better!
I used to love The Storyteller ;D

"When people told themselves their past with stories, explained their present with stories, foretold the future with stories, the best place by the fire was kept for the storyteller."The Storyteller, shown in 1988, starred John Hurt as the Storyteller and with the help of Jim Henson's Workshop of muppets, actors, voices and costumes as well as visual effects, brought a new dimension to television. Nine stories were shown in this series, which was followed a few years later by Jim Henson's The Storyteller: Greek Myths. This series was to feature some of Britain's finest actors of the time and some who would propel themselves into the international limelight within the next few years. Sean Bean, Jane Horrocks, Brenda Blethyn, Dawn French, Jennifer Saunders, Joely Richardson, Bob Peck, Alison Doody, Gabrielle Anwar, Jonathan Pryce and Miranda Richardson all appeared during the show's short run. The real stars of each episode, however, are The Storyteller and his dog, voiced by Brian Henson. Trivia: The number "3" features in every episode of the series: - Hans My Hedgehog - The Princess, after marrying the Grovelhog, learns he sheds his quills each night and she has to keep it a secret for 3 nights in order to break the curse. When she fails and he runs away, she searches the world and wears out 3 pairs of iron shoes in the process.
- Fearnot - Fearnot comes from a family of 3 (father, brother and Fearnot) and was tricked by 3 bullies early in the story. It takes 3 encounters before he finally learns how to shudder (encountering the swamp creature, the half demon in the castle, and the thought of losing his sweetheart).
- A Story Short - The Storyteller loses to the Beggar 3 times while playing Dice. He loses his money, his wife and his own self.
The Luck Child - Lucky survives 3 attempts on his life by the wicked king (thrown over a cliff, sent to the castle with a letter instructing the queen to kill him, and being sent to the Griffin's lair).
- The Soldier and Death - The Soldier helps 3 beggars and is rewarded each time. He also captures 3 geese the first time he uses the Magic Sack.
- The True Bride - The girl completes 3 tasks given to her by the troll (with the help of the Thought Lion). The Lion also gives her 3 walnuts with gifts hidden inside to barter with the Trollop.
- The Three Ravens - After the Princess's 3 brothers are transformed into ravens, she has to keep silent for 3 years, 3 months and 3 days to break the curse. She also gives birth to 3 sons after marrying the Prince.
- Sapsorrow - Youngest of 3 daughters, Sapsorrow commissions the making of 3 dresses to stall the arranged marriage with her Father. She then wears those 3 dresses on 3 different nights to woo the Prince.
- The Heartless Giant - Youngest of 3 princes, Leo tries to find the Heartless Giant that he released. On the way, he helps 3 animals (bird, fish and wolf) who later aid him. When Leo tries to find where the Giant's heart is hidden, he finds out on the third try.

Life is like a hurricane here in Duckburg Race cars, lasers, aeroplanes It's a duck blur Might solve a mystery Or rewrite history! Ducktales! Woo Hoo!
It's my ringtone!! Yaayness!!
This is about Scrooge McDuck (basically Donald Duck with glasses) and his nephews Huey, Duey and Louie. Most of it was about the happenings and adventures when McDuck tries to make even more money (as he was already superduper rich) or the baddies tried to steal it from him. I think a lot of the time they set off in search of anicent treasure and what not.
Think Dangermouse is on the page before this... I used to love Alvin and the Chipmunks (also an excellent theme tune that used to be my ringtone! Eash....my poor phone)

It also features The Chipettes, their female counterparts. This site should give you a list of characters: LinkI used to love Chip & Dale: Rescue Rangers

Superteds already been done, so i thought i'd go back to Chip 'n' Dale Rescue Rangers!
I loved this show when i was a kid! There was Chip who dressed as Indiana Jones and Dale in a red Hawian Shirt. Together with their sidekicks Monterey Jack, Gadget Hackwrench and Zipper the housefly they would foil the plots of baddies such as Fat Cat.
Another show i loved was Spellbinder!
