Unusual Showdown and Derby results, but I suppose they weren't massive upsets if you considered the circumstances.
Is this the end for the Crows; have they run out of steam?

I don't really give a sh!t about the Crows winning in the finals at the moment. Hetschel, one of my favourite Crows, only 23, may have a career ending injury  Hart might never return too I hate playing Showdowns at the end of the season, they're so rough, players are always getting injured. We now have Ruccuito, Mcleod, Hart, Bassett (maybe), Hetschel, Skipworth, Burton and others (that I can't remember atm) out of the side. We don't have a chance. I'll still be in Melbourne for the Grand FInal weekend though! Go you Swans! I just updated the ladder and somehow I ended up in front, everyone check it. I probably screwed it up... EDIT: I just re-read that post and damn I was in a bad mood, eek. Apologies to everyone who had to read my overly grumpy football rant  |

Woohoo Hawthorn! What a performance!  Such a fitting way for John Barker to retire! That was clearly the best game we've played this year - next season might be the breakthrough! Meanwhile, the only thing I ask for in the finals is that Collingwood are eliminated immediately. |

I dont want to speak too soon, there's still the prelims to go BUT Adelaide might end up playing Sydney in the grand final! ;D Sydney are my second side so I would absolutely love to see that! That last goal by the Swans was fantastic! And Collingwood and the Saints are both out! It's made my week |

I wasn't too keen on Melbourne winning, but the Bulldogs win over Collingwood was the highlight of the finals so far! "Good old Collingwood forever, they know how to LOSE the game!" ;D Seriously, I think everyone in Melbourne who wasn't a Collingwood supporter was celebrating yesterday!  |

I have no idea who i want to support in the finals. I have a soft spot for Melbourne and would love too see them do well but......i'm so indecisive. Its going to be an interesting finals campaign. I thought the Crows would completely dominate the finals, but it seems injuries have come at a bad time for them. The dogs seem to be better off for having most of their injury woes early to mid season.
I'm beginning to think I should do Sports Massage and join a footy club, how good would it be to be around a team in the finals! *dreams*

I do not like West Coast. At all. Against Sydney they played really dirty.. If you're going to win, win using your ability and skill, not by emplying bullying tactics  Grr.
I would love to see an Adelaide-Sydney grand final too It'd be a great game! Except I'd probably have a heart-attack because it'd be so close..I almost died last saturday Go Micky!! You tell those west coast supporters!
