They were never going to win, we were missing so many players; Roo, Burton, Perrie, Hart, Biglands, Hudson and others, plus we lost Bassett and McGregor about half way through the game. I didn't tip them to win. Hopefully we'll have some players back before the finals.

Oh well, at least Hawthorn won! Not that I think my 6 correct tips will be enough to put me back in contention again ... for the time being.  I am the only one who wasn't that surprised that the Bulldogs beat Adelaide? Though the Dogs have a shocking injury list, Adelaide hadn't played at the MCG since last season. That makes a bigger difference than most people imagine. |

They wouldnt even let us have one training session on the MCG, my poor boys are going through a bit of a slump at the moment, hopefully they'll improve when they need to. I'm still telling myself it's all a part of Craigy's plan I was expecting the game to be close, wasn't sure who would win it though. |
