nope, I dont think so. I think certain signs are compatable, I dont think two Scorpio's together are all that great. And even when signs are compatable with each other, they're not usually the best suited.
I'll see if I can find a list of compatabilities... haha this is all assuming that Rushton IS a Capricorn.... it doesnt matter anyway *becomes veeeeeeeeryyyyy greedy* he's mine anyway!

Star sign basics from my point of view. Don't take them seriously ok? I'm just basing these on the rough research I did into it a while back (so I might have them confused), combined with personal experiences...

Aries: procrastinators, afraid of aging, talk themselves up a lot to hide their insecurities.
Taurus: Strong moral beliefs and know how to back them up.
Geminis: Able to adjust their personality to suit the situation, and hence come off two-faced sometimes. Generally funloving and act before they think.
Cancer: Highly emotional on both scales - loving and caring, but little things are blown out of proportion.
Leo: Males: LOVE THEMSELVES!!! Haven't come across any Leo females before.
Virgo: hardworking, caring and sensitive when they think no-one's looking, also afraid of aging.
Libra: Indecisive, but a heart of gold.
Scorpio: They're strong people who keep their feelings to themselves; the classic 'bottlers'.
Saggitarius: They get away with murder - do whatever they want, and everyone will still love them, because they're exciting to be around.
Capricorn: The best team-leaders. In my experience, the males of the Capricorn species have believed they know what's best for everyone. And they never age.
Aquarius: Stubborn, hard working, underestimate themselves.
Picses: Fun loving criminals (annoyingly so), always optimistic. Can be slightly melodramatic.

In my mind, Dameon would be the Capricorn: he's a born leader. Remember in Obernewtyn, they decide that Dameon is going to lead them when they escape? Rushton is a leader, but he relies on Dameon to guide him on a lot of things.
Rushton seems like a Virgo to me - he can be very caring and sensitive, when he thinks no one else is watching.
Elspeth could have been born a Scorpio - bottling her emotions, with a strong will. She takes the world's problems on her shoulders.

There's a lot more to people than those brief descriptions, but you've pretty much got my sign right. I s'pose I keep my feelings to myself, unless I'm angry . But I have some qualities of other signs aswell, but I s'pose thats to be expected.

I think elf might be a Scorpio, but I just can't seem to find anything that Dameon really suits...
Rushton sounds about right, though maybe a bit of Capricorn, he's definitely a natural born leader.
