You know how JK said one of the kids will become a teacher, you know, i was actually thinking maybe it was Harry she was talking about... I mean, there's your joke, every year he was there, they had a new DADA teacher until he grew up and filled the post..... or maybe it would be Ron......

She mentioned it a looooong while back, when the third book came out... i read a transcipt of an interview, she was more willing to part information back then, now it's like you need a crowbar or something......

Sorry talisha!! I can't remember, i think i located it on a news paper website.. but i'm not too sure. it was a while ago. I can just remember that she mentioned one of the kids would be a teacher. Everyone was saying it would be Neville, but i'm not too sure... and wasn't Fluer supposed to come back in the last book? Maybe it was too much for her to fit in... oh who knows....

Sorry I misinterprited what you said., I thought you meant one of the trio would become a teacher. I'm pretty sure Fleur will come back to be a teacher.. to improve her English wasn't it?
I'm 90% sure its mentioned in the books.

Yeah, i know Fluer was a teacher, but JK made it sound like she was talking about the actual students in the school... and sorry i didn't make that clearer for you!! i only just realised it myself

i think it's Hagrid  Apparently something that happened in the Chamber in the 2nd book plays an important part in HBP... And... I heard that JK Rowling said not to feel sorry for Snape (you know, when james was mean to him in OotP) because he does something in HBP... I CAN'T WAIT TILL IT COMES OUT!!! 135 days to go! ;D |

i'm just gonna make sure that i dont get seen buying it....when the 4th book came out the newspaper people were taking photos in the bookstore and it was a pic of me & my brother that ended up on the front page of the paper!!! a whole page!!! aaaaaaargh!!! i suffered people saying to me "you were in the paper" for the next 4 months!!!!! like i didnt know!!! ok, sorry about that |

OMG i cant beliueve I didnt come toi this thread earlier! I am the most hp obsessed person in the universe! Have you all been to j.k.rowling.com? it is the best and it will give u heaps of info on the half blood prince. I dont know if it was mentioned but the hbp is not voldie tom or harry. Maybe hagrid tho. i dunno.
Did anyone else get a hint of evillness out of dumbledore at the end of goblet? when harry tells hime that voldie has returned there is "a look of triumph" in his eyes, that quickly disappears. whats with that..... I dont want him to be evil!
OHHH jo said something about sirius like he will make a reappearance but not in the way tjhat u think, I think maybe a portrait? hmmmmmm or maybe harry will go through the curtain? its all a rich tapestry...
