One of my nickname's is X. Cause Christina is like Christmas which is x-Mas so it's X-Tina so it's X. It's very weird having 'X!" yelled at you from the other side of the room...

My nickname is T. Always. I have a friend Alysha, so most people call her leash, (i call her Aj) taking my used-t-be-nickname, so now I'm just T to everyone.

My nicknames in english are usually people misprouncing my name and then decideding it would be a cool nickname. In macedonian, I'm usually called... I'll attempt to get the prounounciation right... Mareh. Or sometimes Mariche by older people. Lol. Yes. =P

Well I knew a lady and her name was Mareeya, atleast Marija is a traditional way of spelling it rather than completetly made up. I also was friends with a Someone. They thought it was how you spell Simone.

Cat I have a best friend Christine who we also all yell "X" or X-tine (which ends up sounding like ex-teen) across the room at.

Yeah we really liked Ruby but decided against because Ruby Russell doesn't sound right. I didn't even think of Emerald but I think its sounds funny with Russell too.

Yeah, there are some pairs you just can't do. A friend of my Mums wanted to have a son called Jack - until she married a guy who's last name is Jackson. Jack Jackson is one of the names I use in examples (like John Johnson and Bob Bobson) it woud be so bad to actually be called that...
;D
