Why do you think it sounds icky? I think it sounds fine. May is always good. Even when its Mae.

If it's any consolation I'm born in May... All: it isn't. Min I feel left out. Wendy and Pamela are really dumb middle names. What would you choose your middle name to be if you could? I'd change mine to ONE middle name, and probably something beginning with A...so my initials would be MAD. How about...Alana...Aislinn...Alicia...something like that.

Hmm I would like a different, exciting middle name.
I think its funny when I'm working and random people talk to me about my name, and hows it odd or nice or they've never heard it before. I'd like a middle name thta does that.

If I was going to change my middle name, I'd change the whole thing. My middle name isn't TOO bad... I'd definately change my first name though. But then I'd stop being Chris and I"d become something different and it'd be weird... i just have to have 4 kids, Alexandra (Alex), Kathleen, Lara and James (Or Jamie if it's a girl...). I sposed I could mix them all into middle names, but meh...

I'd change mine to ONE middle name, and probably something beginning with A...so my initials would be MAD. How about...Alana...Aislinn...Alicia...something like that. I was born in May too... and i was going to be called Aisling, but my dad said there was no way he was going to have a daughter with an over the top celtic name.... so it's all good Min, i am not part of the 'all' But i do like my name, i just wish the initials weren't JER, and my name didn't start with a J, do you know how hard it is to find a key-chain or anything with the letter J, everyone else has names begining with J, all the J things sell out *shakes fist* I also have a common name too...... i once went on a camp where there were 8 of us in a troop... that's where Kermit came from..... it wasn't my fault i carried about a green frog beenie baby... and, look, i'm ranting now... i'm just going to slide away, before it gets worse, and i turn political.... speaking of that--*clamps hands over mouth*
excuse me

I used to make up my nickname like that too SO when I was an IRC chatter (pre ober days)...my name ended up being Meldea though and it sounded so much like 'mouldy' when you say if that Min (and all +n variations) came along after that

Meldea makes me think of Medusa for some reason I've never really had exciting nicknames. Theres Em, Emmy, and Emul (from Innle ) Once for a very short time in grade 3 i was called EJ. Don't know where the J came from...

If I have daughter I'ld caller something like Kayla or Kari I like Tamika and Tabytha. Toria has ideas for boy name but I don't know how to spell them. We were just having some fun in seeing what names we liked.
I thing ppl that give there sons the fathers name just is unimagintive... No offence to ppl who have or thing of it.
