Anyone going to the Melbourne Show?

Is anyone going to the Royal Melbourne Show? I haven't been for so long and I miss my showbags and cute animals. However, I don't miss the crowds and stupid, STUPID people getting in my way. I'm also a big fan of the giant Big M - it's wonderfully absurd, yet practical too.

I always want to see the cats and dogs, but I always seem to miss them or go on completely the wrong day for them.

So - anyone going? And what's your favourite bit of the show? Indeed, what's your least favourite bit of the show?

I"m thinking of going. I usually go cause it's over my birthday, so traditionally my Grandparents have taken me and my brother to it on that day, unless we'd already been, in which case we go somewhere else.

Last year kinda sucked though. I was getting sick at the time, so that kinda brought down my mood too.

It's more fun going with friends, too. Last year it was just me, my Mum and my Grandma, but the year before I went with my boyfriend and his family and that was heaps of fun.

I'm trying to organise for me and a whole bunch of friends to go, but I'm not sure how much that'll work out...

I'm going myself and a whole bunch of my uni friends have a six hour break between lectures on Tuesdays so we thought thats a good time to go we went last year and it wasn't that good though. We saw all the animals, the dogs are my favourite, and i still love showbags even though they are ridiculously over priced.

I'm going! I haven't gone since i was about 5 so its going to be fun!
