I'd be a Gryffindor, but when you read that through, especially the Founder's Intentions, don't you think that HUfflepuff would be the 'best' house? I mean, they don't judge and treat all equally. Even though Gryffindor and Ravenclaw aren't BAD, they still want specific qualitites or requirements, HUfflepuff seems unbias and friendly.

pouffesouffle... it sounds as silly as hufflepuff, they just sound really dumb to me. go ravenclaw!!! but harry had to be a griffydor, but why is hermoine there? she should be ravenclaW!

She says in Book 5 that the Hat thought hard about making her Ravenclaw, but then decided she'd be best in Gryffindor.

She's brave, she's adventury. And it wouldn't work any other way for plot purposes!!!

there's no chance i'd be in hufflepuff. i don't work hard...i'm REALLY lazy. i don't think i'm brave, either...so no Gryffindor. And...i dunno, but i don't think i'd go too well in Ravenclaw...that'd be my second choice for a house..

i have chamber of secrets in french, my boy bought it for me, and it damned near killed me trying to read it!!! took me two weeks of several hours a day to get through it. too many tenses and stuff! but yeah here's a paragraoh to entertain you all with:

ce n'eatait pas le premiere fois qu'une dispute eclatait au petit dejeuner dans la maison du 4, privet drive. mr vernon dursey avait ete reveille a l'aube par un hululement sonore qui provenait de la chambre de son neveu harry.

which is a whole heap of french bull for it wasnt the first time there was a dispute over breakfast at 4 privet drive. dursley had been woken up by a "hulabaloo" (best woord i can think of) which rang out from the bedroom of his nephew harry.

yes uses very technical tenses, for some reason the frnech seem to have about 10 diferent tenses. cant think why you'd need them!!! tho i guess we kidna do to, we're just npot aware of them

Yes i can see why we are stupid luckily I am not in that group. I thought it was the same thing if not just look it up like other things i don't understand.
But sadly it is true that we aren't the hieght of intelligence over here. Still socerer's stone or philosopher's stone either way tis a good and would read it.

think it's pretty sad that I live in a technically bilingual country and I didn't understand practically any of that lol.... *shrug* I prefer japanese to french, they never teach the really interesting languages in school...

I don't like the sound of 'sorcers stone'.... too much alliteration.... plus I'm fairly sure (don't hold me to this if I'm wrong) that the original story is a philosipher not a sorceror.... err, now that I'm thinking about it, why wouldn't they call it the 'Alchemist's Stone' if they were going to change it?? *ponders*

I'd either be in Ravenclaw or Griffindor... I think I might be too goofy to be in ravenclaw though.... I'd be all "LETS GO BURY PEOPLE IN SAND!" and they would be "*puts on glasses and strokes chin* lets study the history of sand! *takes out quill*"
