Thankyou for the warm welcome and invitation to join your guilds, but I think if I'm allowed it I'll remain with my old guild the Mystics Antelopes and Squirrels do sound fun though! Galligaskins: In my experience English teachers are actually quite boring >< This teacher ran a class in the library once a week called 'The Wide Reading Room'. So she wasn't technically a librarian, nor an english teacher.. she was just Mrs. Norris (a very lively and loving person) She agreed to take me and a small group of Ober lovers to the Melbourne Writers Festival so we could meet Ms Carmody for the first time when I asked her Yes, the purple spined Ashling is very lovely ^^ It takes me right into that world. Oh and ah, timtams and dual flush toilets, tempting tempting! Buneater: Hello! I just went by "Katie" or "Master Katie" in the plays. But it was a while ago now, so I wouldn't be surprised if you'd forgotten much from the old days. I'm sure I have. And welcome back Ame! It's lovely to have all these people from the early days re-joining. Absolutely plendiferous! |

'Allo 'allo! I'm another old-newbie ...or new-oldbie... or something - I went by Sarah in the old days, I think. Anyway, my point is, I used to hang round the theories board years and years ago when it was bright purple and the threads went backwards (which was so confusing, by the way), and recently decided to get back into my old fandom. *waves to Buneater, whom she knows from the emo kid site livejournal*
I'm all automatically sorted into the wanderers now, apparently.
Okay, stuff about me:
I joined the loverly ober.net for the first time...about four years ago. This time, five minutes ago. My nick's my standard name everywhere, which would make me easy to stalk if I was stalking-material (but I'm not). I'm fond of all the obvious ober characters, so I'll say my faves are...Gevan and Zarak. I have a thing for hellraisers who crack jokes. My favourite book's evenly split between TF (so much UST! Elf acts like an adult some of the time!) and Ashling (That Scene...and a lot of other scenes along a similar vein). I don't generally favour one colour over another, but I do really like green. And yellow. I like tacos, and pepsi max. I read a lot, sleep a lot, and aspire to write and draw occasionally (when they don't interfere with sleeping 12hours a day). I've just finished the HSC, so I'm slothing about, waiting for uni letters to pour through my front door, and avoiding people who want to ask me What I Am Planning To Do With My Life.
