Greetings funaga,
This announcement is to let you know that we're going to run a Christmas banner comp for the next week. If you are interested in designing an Obernewtyn.net banner with a Christmassy theme, read on!
Specifications:
~ must be 780 px wide
~ no higher than 200 px
~ must be a .jpg or .gif
~ must have "Obernewtyn.net" somewhere on it
~ PM to Elspeth no later than the 12th December
The MoOs - Avra, Buneater, Clare, Emerald and Min - will be judging the best three banners, and all three will be available from the profile banner selection option.
The three banner winners will receive 5 points each to be added to their guild's total.
Any questions? Ask here. Otherwise, get drawing.

It's not really slow, it's just it loads bigger than it is and I have yellow wreaths and you can see all the code and then it all resizes and my wreaths turn into christmas trees and things like the spoiler bar turn into the spoiler bar etc. It always does it. It could be because my screen is a lot bigger than what the boards are (because presumably not everyone has the size screen I do )... I don't know! *shrugs* Depending on which board it is it does it really fast so you barely notice it, or it does it slower, but it's not like it takes 5 minutes or anything. |
