Ooh, look, my first post here. Might as well introduce myself. Actually, I had no idea any of this existed til today. Finally, i've found a bunch of people who know what I'm talking about when I dare mention the dream trails to anyone (and how much they seem to make sense to me, but that's for another post)
Hi, I'm Argent (one of the several names I go by online), yes, it's short for argento_occhi. I started reading the Obernewtyn Chronicles way back when I was in high school. Might've been year 9 or ten. Got myself hooked on them, and Isobelle Carmody. Spent much of high school engrossed in fantasy books. When I wasn't reading, I was writing. Been writing since I was 12. Not much for introductions, I'm afraid. Um, I write fantasy-horror, as well as dabbling in slash and fanfiction. I'm studying human biology at uni. I'm obsessed with ancient Egypt. I'm Kemetic Orthodox by faith, not that that'll mean much to those who aren't Pagan. It's a reconstructionist faith, where we try to bring ancient Egyptian religion back to life. Honestly, it's not as crazy as that last sentence makes it sound. I don't know how else to describe it in words everyone can understand.
Umm..... not sure what else to tell you. If there's anything else you want to know, just ask. I've never liked doing intros. To me it's just rattling off stuff about yourself. To me, it lacks ... personality. It's just words, just a decription. Am I getting way too philosophical? >< OK, might stop now. Got distracted by messing around with my websites. ><
