So, we were talking about soaps. I think that soaps like Home and Away are really stoopid, though they get people hooked! I mean, In home and away Kirsty had to have and abortion(something like that or she would die), now haily(bec cartwrite) is going through the exact same situation. I mean, can't they just come up with something new?

nope, I disagree. The funniest soap is most definitely, without a shadowofadoubt, PASSIONS! Oh that show has me rolling around on the floor! And talk about nothing happening. It spends 3 weeks depicting one night of "oh no! A meteor of evil is heading towards our town! And our children are stuck in a cave with some warlocks on warlock island of all places! And Timmy is being chased by the bird of Mordred, which in fact is a papier mache beak, while continuing to talk about himself in the third person! Gah that's so annoying!" YUP, quality programming that is!

Yes, I used to watch passions all the time! I love Tabitha the witch lady and her brought - to - life doll Timmy because they are so funny. Like that evil thing behind the door - that is so hilarious! And I like evil charity because she just looks stoopid pretending to be evil. And it's funny how charity and meguel(have no idea how to spell his stupid name) have to make love so that Charity can do some evil thing, or something like that!

PASSIONS!!
I remember in year 8 I was crutches and so I was home a bit, and I was watching passions. At one stage i missed it for about 2 and a half weeks, and they were still at the same party. Hilarious. I love how it takes like a week for someone to finish making a cup of tea...

I hate all Soapies and stuff like that. I just can't stand them at all.... ..I could ramble on and on about what bad actors they are and what a waste of time it is. But then I'll just be wasting your time.

*takes a deep breath*
Ok. They have no interesting plot whatsoever.. Who cares about who slept with who or what. They have awful actors that make me cringe every time I accidentally flick to that channel. When the shows go overtime, and I miss out on my show... That's when I get angry.
I would rather do some housework then watch that poor excuse for television.
Oh, and crime shows are awful too. I find it disgusting that people like watching dead people get cut up and other gross things I prefer not to enclose here..

I like those sorts of shows. I enjoy watching CSI, though I think Law and Order is so boring!
I don't really watch a lot of television anyway, I'm normally locked in my room writing/reading/singing/listening to music.

*Shrugs* I was as honest as I could be. I did not want to go upsetting the people who watch those shows. Whist trying not to sound rude. (I tried not to, really)

I like CSI, CSI:Miami (I've never seen New York), and Law and Order SVU. I don't watch many soaps, but I like watching the ocassional Passions to laugh at it and it's also funny watching a soap muted (if you're really bored) to watch the lighting and how they pause at the end of a scene on someone's expression.

Nope.
It's really weird, my English cousins like Neighbours more than I do. They come out and they're all like 'NEIGHBOURS!" and I'm like "Meh. I watch it. Occassionally. Two or three times a year."
