how good were greenday?! ?! OMG i so wish i went to their concert...*hits self* i was listening to triple m all day waiting for them to come on...and U2 were fantastic and madonna sounded really good and well everyone was fantastic and i dont care how much they were paid as long as it works. so there

Greenday were surprisingly not what I had expected of them. Billie - Joe needed to warm up a little, I think. Though they were allright.

I didn't see this thread!
i only saw bits on the mtv channel in america, got to see the stevie wonder thing tho which was really good.
but ... am i the only Pink Floyd fan here?? that was the best thing- the most drastic too as they completely severed contact with eachother so to come back for one show is fantastic- and they were brilliant! as were The Who, though i never liked them as much.
but i agree the dido one was sooo good especially the duet with Youssou N'dour

The Who were much better than Pink Floyd!  Superb anyway, but how much do I love them for palying the CSI theme tracks?! Gave me a fresh burse of energy when they came on. Can't beat 'em. Thanks so much Dark One, I'd totally forgotten about that!
