Hey all, just a quick random q which is driving me crazy: what exactly is Trance music?? Can anyone give me some examples which are played on Aussie radio? Like, Craig David? Usher? Britney Spears? Counting Crows?? The concept has been popping up everywhere, but I don't actually know what it IS...  Cheerio, Lauren |

Trance would be in the techno-dance family. No where near industrial sector.

it is hard to explain and doesnt have a band/group as such but a dj's wit lots and lots of lazer lights  hmmmmits all wierd sounds basically...if u go to a rave (or just imagin the music htere) thats trance...

miska, I'm hurt.
Tiësto and Armin Van Buuren are big (as in a massive fanbase) Dutch djs. If you like the genre you should check them out.
Another one you'll probably know is Paul van Dyk. I don't like him as much, but he's pretty huge too.
