ALL OF YOU! - for so many giggles, smiles and the friendships I've formed through here. I'd miss the *grugs*, the chocca, the antelopes, the purple beanbags, the Mystics, the Moonfair...oh, everything! The interactivity! The escapism! THE CHEESE!

I'm with Min! This place is nothing with out the people who make Obernet Obernet. If this was a place where Min just posted a couple of updates about the Ober-Chrons, I wouldn't be sooooo adictied to the internet.
I would miss the debates, reading people opinions, the parties, the grugs and all the timtams and chocca you can eat, yet not put on weight!
Everyone's interaction with each other and the friendships it has created!
People are what make Obernet Obernet!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D

Whenever I can get onto the net I go straight to Obernet.
Then I quickly get the update on the Linkin Park fansite and come straight back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd miss the whole obernewtyny things that make this site so fantastic.

I love chatting about the crazy things I get up to at school and I love your replies.
You're all an extra collection of friends and I love yousse all.
When I talk about obernet with Boyd(my boyfriend) he's like
Lud Claire - is that all you talk about?,which is funny 'cause I've learned not to talk about obernet a lot aroung him.He only writes poetry and doesn't write - but he's allways the first to read my books which is quite wierd.
I just luv obernewtyn so much!!!!

Yep, I'd miss the people, too. I'd miss the grugs and the never-ending tim tams and even Kayt's dual-flush toilets.
I'd miss the opportunity this place gives me to express myself and to make new friends.

No internet connection? **starts panicking** Why? What's wrong with it? Is it plugged in? Are the phonelines down? Is the isp stuffed? OH Lud WHY ISN'T IT WORKING?
When will my brothers be home to fix it? Can I fix it?
Will throwing a shoe at the computer help?
Several hours later Clare can still be seen at her computer table staring at a blank screen.
Clare: Yeah? You think that do you computer? Let me give you some advice Spud, you don't WANT to be on my badside. Not if you want to keep that shiny new pert monitor of yours.
Computer crashes
Clare: No! No! I didn't mean it! Come back. Oh dear Lud Spud, why won't you LIVE! Live, curse you, live! Do you honestly WANT me to do a Zoolander nee Space Odyessy 2001 rip-off? Will you let me have no dignity?
As night falls and Clare is seen spasming on the floor, the true horror of the situation is realised. To take away the internet and access to ober.net, the forces that be were commiting the population to the despairing ravages of madness. Woe that ever was the plight of mankind. So let us go to sleep now, snug in our doonas, loved by our soft toys and snoring gently in time with the soft glowing hum of a computer forever online- away from the nightmares that plunge sanity into darkness.

Hmmm, if I lost all contact with the internet, what would I miss? Well, I'd probably be dying on the floor with Clare.  Honestly, I'm on here every day. I may not post, but I always duck in and have a look around.
I'd probably miss the people, and the random humour. Seeing flying camel partisipate in food fights no longer seems so unusual to me. I'd miss the theories, the stories, the meets, the photos, and especailly the people. I have made so many wonderful friends since joining, that I don't know what I'd do wothout you guys! *Grugs everyone in the room.* ;D
