Poll: Does your cat's tail move when eating?

My cat, Dante, moves his tail near permanently but doesn't when eating and drinking. When he's being very lethargic but isn't asleep he only flicks the very end of his tail, but he does't even do this when eating and drinking.

So, i'm wondering if this is a cat phenomenon or just a Dante thing.
