;D Hello everyone! Some of you may already know me from C-O, and some of you may remember me from a few years back when I used to post here.
Well, I've returned after that huge long break! I'm Ashta, a little eccentric fan who has her own little corner of the world. I'm currently studying year 12, hoping to go onto uni and be an infamous teacher at the end of it all.
It's strange coming back to ober.net, but I'm sure I'll fit in again!

Welcome Back Ashta! Your a Dreamweaver arn't you? Yay! one of our old members has returned!!! I'm Emerald the new Dreamweaver Guildmistress I'll make sure your email is changed on the guild lists, and i'll add you to the Dreamweavers email! Your gonna be a teacher hey? primary or secodary? i'm currently studying my 2nd year of Primary Teaching at Australian Catholic Uni in Melbourne. So far it's been pretty good! Hullo! I wanted to introduce myself but didn't want to start a new thread to do it, so I'm going to add it onto this one... hope you don't mind Ashta!!! ^_^
I'm Tanj, or Tanya, or 'hey you' but you can call me Yelloweyes (or any of those others)... not that my eyes are yellow, that would be cool, but strange ^.~ oh, and I'm in the Ashlings guild *thumbs up*
I read Obernewtyn (book one) in 1998-ish and loved it, so I got the second one.... then waited an eternity for the third... and the fourth one didn't come out here, so the books got put on a shelf to gather dust for a while to be taken off at random and re-absorbed ^.~ I was organising my shelf last week and found them again and, of course, proceeded to reread/inhail them only to get hoocked again. ^_^ The other day I was searching randomly for Obernewtyn-esque stuff, and found, not just this site, but that the fourth book (contrary to what my brother had been telling me for years) is out and has been out for ages *eyes pop* so now I have to wait forever and a day for the copy I ordered to get here... *shakes fist at the lack of publishing of much coveted books in Canada*
Well, thats all I've got ^.~ I can't wait to meet all of the other Obernewtyn fans who are, undoubtedly, much more informed than I am, but hopefully just as crazy ^_^

Don't know when it will reach Canada, but rest asured that she is writing it right now. |

Emerald, I'm hoping for secondary teaching probably in the History subjects, maybe English.
Um, well, If I'm still a Dreamweaver, I'd better pop 'round to the guild site maybe. It's really nice to meet you Emerald!
Oh, everyone else, thanks for welcoming me back, even the newer members.
Oh, I gotta dash, got so much to do coming up to exam period.
