And the tipping thread shows how you're going and who you tipped. Your teams that win turn green and your incorrect tips turn red.  And yeah, as AF said, afl.com will show you the afl ladder etc. I don't know that you actually care enough about footy to check though  If you go well in the tipping it just makes it even more impressive and slightly more frustrating for those of us who suck at the moment...

There there! I've got a far worse predicament than you ... because I'm doing so well in these tipping contests, my brother has decided to bet actual money on the footy, following my tips!  Now it's doubly worse if I lose! I wish he wouldn't do it, but somehow he thinks it's "Australian" to gamble. *sigh* |

Congrats on still leading the comp AF! Although, I think that maybe you being out of the country may be an advantage, we all either don't watch any footy or are distracted by the teams performances over the last couple of years. I still can't believe Hawthorn have won a couple of games and what on earth has happened to Sydney!?!

Big round of AFL footy this weekend! Adelaide V Port! West Coast V Fremantle! Sydney Vs Brisbane! All the Victorian clubs playing each other. I wouldnt be surprised to see a few reports after this round, they'll be all fired up!

Yeah, the Victorian clubs spend more time protecting each other than playing footy, Perth and Adelaide will go off this weekend though! It's almost as big as a grand final for us South Aussies!

Has the tipping ladder been edited now that Fremantle won the game against St Kilda? I'm going to Hawks vs Roos at Telstra Dome on Sunday. It looks like the weather will be miserable, so all the more reason to close the roof! |

They're banned at AAMI, I'm afraid a poncho is as good as it gets. I'm getting to the game at 12:00 for a 7:40 game so I might need a couple As long as the Crows win I'll love it anyway I'll be thinking of you AF, sitting there nice and warm under the TD roof |
