My favourite sides are Adelaide, Sydney (I'd tell you my favourite player but I can't spell his name, lol, but he's very Irish  ), Freo (Pavlich! Come back to SA), Hawthorn (You either love or hate Crawford - I think he's great ) and Melbourne (Damn, Miller is sexy!). |

Ah, that was indeed a fantastic win on Saturday. I felt very confident at quarter time, but I suppose you all heard that Sam Newman predicted a Hawks win at 12pm? ;D

A lot probably has to do with the fact that I didn't follow AFL that much while overseas (I only learnt two weeks ago that Hawthorn almost made it into the 2001 grand final!  ), so I'm sort of working on a week-to-week basis, free of the bias everyone has developed for or against certain teams over the last few years. Or maybe I've developed a sixth sense - had I placed a bet that Hawthorn would win by 32 points, I may now have been buying you all virtual drinks! ;D |

I think I'll repeat what I said to Rilla. Tsk tsk! Never tip against your own team! Especiallly when they're playing Fremantle, who are probably one of the most unreliable teams in the competition!
Speaking of unreliable - Brisbane lost to RICHMOND? AT THE GABBA? Ye gods, I'm not tipping them again.

I have the theory that if your team loses and you tipped against them then atleast you get something where as if they lose and you lose the tip then it jus sucks all round. I didn't get my tip (don't have many this round ) but we won and I'm happy with that |

Lol, I tipped Brisbane too (dammit!), but..I dunno. They WERE a great team, but now the premiership players are all getting older or have left and yeah
