We needed to bring Croad back to take out Rocca, I tells ya! Dammit, we can't let the youngsters deal with those gorilla full-forwards on their own! As far as I can see, our forward line is fine as it is - perhaps if Williams hadn't been slammed to the ground he may have kicked a few more, and that would have made all the difference. Clarkson needs to return to the good-old 80s when Hawthorn thrashed everyone because they had key-position players who stayed in those positions! My perspective: Full-forward: Williams (Dixon for support) Centre half-forward: Crawford (with Barker alongside) Centre: Mitchell (Vandenberg as support on the wing) Centre half-back: Guerra (that was a good pick-up by the Hawks!  ) Full-back: Croad (though I understand youngsters like Dawson and Smith need to be trialled here) Ruck: Everitt (with Campbell as future replacement) Ruck-rover: Hodge Rover: Bateman (well, I guess this position is still open, Lewis looks good though) See that when you break the positions down like this, suddenly Hawthorn looks pretty damn good. But there just needs to be some certainty all over the field for the younger players. Leaving our backline full of rookies was a costly mistake. |

Just PM her your tips (including the winning margin for one of the games - this week it's West Coast vs Richmond) and the rest will be organised for you! |

Yep, when i posted I couldn't remember when the game started so I said 5.30 to be safe. You all got them in on time! Arien, you tipped exactly the same teams as me I think! Does everyone want me to post everyones tips in the tipping thread or just the points everyone gets? |
