I was innocently browsing through an email from EnhanceTV, who put together a list of TV shows that might be of interest to schools, when I came across this quote from a programme all about squirrels: SQUIRRELS: ARE THEY TOUGH ENOUGH?
Squirrels are the elite 'Special Force' of the animal world. Their enemies are the predators: bobcats, foxes, hawks, snakes, as well as armies of humans manned with anti-squirrel defences. So for anyone out there who was scornful of the Dreamies' mascot, I'd advise you to think twice before dismissing them. If anyone's interested in watching the show, it's the ABC at 6pm next Tuesday.

I'd like to see a squirrel face up to the awesome might of a dual-flush toilet!!!
Rex Ficus and his rabid friends are more than a match for one of those Special Forces squirrels!!! Also, they can savage antelopes to death with their vicious seats. And poison gloworms with their toilet ducks. A DFT is indestructible, save with a sledgehammer. No amount of squirrely claws will rip through Spot and Fido's shiny porcelain!!!
Incidentally, I'm amazed that snakes are counted among a squirrel's predators! Can you imagine that? A snake trying to swallow a fully-grown squirrel! I know they CAN, but it always seems funny to me!
Anyway, can't stay here all day, mocking Squirrels! I'm far too busy blowing my fairyfloss in the wind and all that. When does the documentary about the awesome power of the gloworm come out, Bunne?

I clicked on the link saying "Gloworms" and it showed me pics of freaking mahooosive moths! I nearly had a panic attack and had to run into the kitchen to be with other people! Eeep.
Also, gloworms quite easily kick ass- I mean, come on, they glow! No one else has lumiscent powers like that

Ah, but the pigs are different. On the mice, only their skin glowed. With the pigs, all their internal organs glow as well

But gloworms do it by magic - they don't need science - pah to science!! Pah to the scientists too. But... but science is magic. You're just jealous because the scientist didn't want to make you glow.

You declined? But, glowing would be so useful! You'd never need a torch again! Except, it might be a little inconvenient if you were an escaped fugitive, or something...
