use the printscreen function on your keyboard, and then cut it out in a photo editing program ;D
Hehehhe...they're so fun!
I got the fobidden error as well for a while, but just refresh and it'll fix itself!

Ok, way to get it:
select the 'Print Screen' on your key board.
Go into Windows paint at the very least - or Photoshop, Paintshop pro, etc, if you have them.
Start a new file, or if a new file is already started - basically, once you have a blank canvas - go Edit from the file menu and select 'paste'.
Then crop the window so it's just your avatar. Many ways to do this depending on your program - select, copy, start new, paste, or use crop in photoshop.
Ps...uh yeah - chocca!!! lol
If you have issues with this, email me or one of the image help people your print screen. Save it as a .bmp or .jpg file.
It *should* work for everyone though!!

Hehe, yeah the whole 'rag on a stick thing' was my friend's yearbook quote at the end of last year. Who says year 12s don't have any meaningful quotes? ;D
