welll...not seriously...but I am in the community theatre transit teens group. We did our 1st performance today and we are pretty good.
there's two groups:
Stop Dead Cast
Love me, Love me not Cast
I'm in the Stop Dead cast, the play is written by Phil Freeman. It deals with Teen Suicide and when four teens are launched into Limbo they are forced to tell their stories so they can return to earth for a second chance and to reconcider their actions.

Good for you Tegan! I wanted to be in acting a couple of years ago, but then I changed as I discovered the attractions of Forensic Science! Some people would argue that Forensic Science is lacking in the attractions department, but I think not. Oh, god, I really need bed.......

you could still do acting as a hobby in the meantime, i found acting helped heaps with my public speaking skills. chances are with forensic science you will need to be called to court a lot so that could be handy

Gah, I never thought of that Talmina. I seriously suck at public speaking. I nearly fainted when I had to do a 20second talk in front of my science class... :S

last term I had to read up infront of my class, and I couldn't stop shaking.
But to me, being on stage is different: Its not me up there.

I get that Tegan That's exactly the way I always felt. I'm reasonably self conscious and a littel reserved nromally, but on stage, that fear jsut goes away 'casue you'r epalygn someone else.
