Hey all,
Just wondering if anyone could recommend:
a) A good webblog place where you can limit who reads it just by a password, instead of "Friends Only" type things?
b) Really easy-to-follow instructions on how to use aforementioned blog, or just blogs in general.

From my experience (I've jumped around a few blogs, i have no patience) the only one that's really quite easy to use is Live Journal, which i know you're looking for an alternative too. I'm pretty sure you can up the security on the posts with it... like be extremely specific who's on your friends list, and i think even password protect a few things...but i'm not too sure, Bunly knows all of the LJ... but i can tell you, they are pretty easy to work out, even i've picked up what to do, so i'd say go there...

Cheers, Flit  Yeah, tis for a friend of mine for when she goes to the US for a while. Very few people, if any at all, that she wants to be able to read it actually have an LJ, so thats why Friends Only really isn't an option.  |

If you can't do LJ, then try Diary-X. I believe they have a locking function whereby you can give people a password to read your locked entries and they don't have to have a Diary-X account to do so. DX has a set of basic layouts that people can use and it's all pretty straightforward. |
