takes pratchett to civil court for abuse; Pratchett is forced to come back to this world and bring Dark One to testify, Dark One is imprisoned for giving false evidence to protect pratchett and is forced to relinquish winningness as part of the plee bargain.
while in court i get winningness patented in my name
and insurance in case of theft
