this may seem stupid but what runs through your head when your listening to a Cd
me? I have my mind revolving around my gypsy chronicles plucking ideas from the songs.
How about you?

I depends on the kind of music.
That classical stuff I really struggle with because it just ties up all my emotions and sometimes I can't make sense of it all.

If I like the music, I feel happy and powerful, and if I dislike the music it either makes me feel depressed or annoyed.

All music makes me depressed, cos im always envious of the band/singers talent Though i couldnt live without music. I think I'd go insane or end up killing myself . Im always singing something, or belting out a new tune on my guitar or drum kit

I do get a fair few of my characters from music. Nearly every single one of my favs have their own song. A particular one that captured their spirit. But they never have a set genre, i listen to all types of music, and my characters come out of all types. Like, in one story, one of the characters has a song from Bond and the other Josh Groban, and another will be something like Linkin Park, or even Eminem(sp??). But i never look for songs for characters. Normally i'll hear a song, and the next thing i know, i'm sitting next to that character. I get some insight into their lives or something. But i never look for it.

I usually like to go off into fantasies, if it's a deep and meaningful song...

Sometimes I just like to listen to older music - you know 70's tear jerker songs - and have a good cry.

About half the time when I listen to music people ask me if I'm okay. It's weird.

[glow=pink,2,300]I sing that song for the rest of the day. It is a bit annoying because I mostly listen to the radio and I HATE some of the music so annoying...[/glow]

How strange - I was just thinking about this yesterday, when I was listening to music (strangely enough). I have no idea what happens when I listen to music, even though I do it a lot. Yesterday, I was a feeling a bit low and music cheered me up to the point where I was almost dancing as I worked (a very bad thing to see indeed...). Music can make me happy or thoughtful or it can inspire me to go out and do exciting things. But mostly, music makes me smile. See?

music is wonderful stuff. whenever i listen to music, the results are varied... i guess it depends on what type of music i'm listening too it can perk me up, make me smile, enahnce the mood that i'm already in. but if i'm playing music (on the piano) its better because you get that "trance-y" effect, where you get swallowed up by the music. evanescence sounds best when you play it yourself

it really depends on the music i listen to anything from rap to rock. If you give a good song it makes me feel elated and moves me to a igher state of mind it seems. In rapit mostly makes me happy becuase it is good dancing music and i love to dance.
