They seem to be everywhere, especially with the pirate theme out in the open. Don't worry, I'm one of them ;D
Ams (an oldbie-ober member) just came over for dinner and bought a couple of Johnny movies - we ended up watching the Man who Cried - but it reminded me. When I was about 15-16, my friends and I used to have Johnny Depp marathons occasionally - we'd watch What's Eating Gilbert Grape, Benny & Joon, Cry Baby, Don Juan DeMarco...
Does anyone else think that he's ageless? He looks the same now as he always has...
Anywho, this thread is mainly to vote for your fave J.Depp movie, and discuss the perks and quirks. Sorry if such a thread already exists.
I personally love Cry Baby. It be hilarious!

i must agree wit u min! he is ageless...that or he jsut gets sexier with age! argh love it! but i must say i havent seen enough jonny movies to vote unfortunatley! i am workin my way thru them tho! its a promis i have made ot myself! it mite take me a life time but i will get there! there was one of these threads when we first started on proboards!  but all is good cos thats somewhere in teh archives now isnt it:P

You know, when I saw Chocolat (can't see what I'm typing by the way, kitted in theway) I didn't know who johnny was and I haven't seen it since, so I have no idea what he looked like in that movie. I've only seen and really admired him for being Johnny in Pirates and Finding Neverland and he's so amazingly good in pirates, I voted for that. ;D

Well it was a hard decision but i chose the fun movie being Pirates!
I know Avra! Johnny and chocholate in a movie together.. One word, Perfect! I can wait till Charlie and Chocolate Factiory comes out. The movie people just keep getting it right!

 go johnny i first saw him in chocolat *sigh* he's so wonderful in that movie then i feel in love with him from there i love him in POTC best tho... that insane smile is just too much to ignore  but he's really sweet in chocolat- that i cant deny

I know it's old, but I just saw Edward Scissorhands for the first time - tonight. It's soooo sad. 
Next on my list of movies to see is definitely Finding Neverland. But...
Unless he does that smile that makes the back of my knees go all funny, I don't think it'll be better than "Pirates... *swoons*

ive managed to miss it to! and would u belive none of the planes are showin it! they are airing shall we dance! ARGH! but being julia was pretty good for somethin differnet! *sigh* i wonder wat ill get next! only one day to go until im on the last leg of my trip!! *sigh* ...jonny! ill dream well tonite me thinks!

ok, looks like i have slightly different johnny taste to everyone else...i LOVE finding neverland, but i chose whats eating gilbert grape. that has to be the best movie in the history of film.

Well I put From Hell, but I relaly love all of his movies!!! He is my favourite actor, but then again so is sean connery. But Johnny is definatly one of my favourite actors!

Miska! I had to watch Being Julia on my trip too, we got Dust factory on the way back to Australia but we were landing at the last 15 minutes of the movie and they took our headphones away so i got to watch the last bit of it but not listen to it... Twas most annoying!
I love whats eating Gilbert Grape too!
