Joey - More than a spin off

Has anyone perchance given Joey a run yet? If you havent then seriously give it a whirl.

As I used to love friends - 5 years ago before it became meaningless cliches, annoying squeals, hugs and retarded looks and shocking story lines.

But Joey seems to be a fresh comedy different style of show and different style of humour more modern and sarcastic then the soppy humour of friends.

What do you's think?

Yeah, I actually quiet enjoyed the episode I watched the other night. It was much better than I thought it was going to be. The other characters they have introduced are good, so it doesn't end up just being full of stupidJoey jokes.

It's also got Paulo Costanzo in it (the hot, genius druggy in Road Trip) as Joey's nephew, still playing another genius type, but this time much more nerdy. Very cute, very funny too
