Grrrr! I'm on the net, looking for CD covers, get bombarded by that many popups that I have no idea what I've clicked on, I decide to run a full systems virus scan just in case, and suddenly I have not 1, not 2, but 10 FREAKING VIRUS ON MY COMPUTER! And the scan hasn't finished yet!! *Grumbles* This never would have happen if I and an Apple laptop. *Sulks* My computer's full of bugs, and I don't know what to do! I've never had to deal with viruses before, and now I'm all worried!

Good Megana of Apple - try a browser other than Internet Explorer. ( Firefox is free, even if it does drive me insane). You could also try installing the Google toolbar, which blocks most pop-ups. Otherwise: * grugs*

arrrgh!!! curse computer viruses/spyware/adware!!!! I feel your pain Megana...once i scanned my computer with Norton and Adaware and ended up deleting about 200 infected files
After that my mum downloaded this super duper Norton thing, which blocks pop ups and adware and stuff...

Awe, that's guys! *grugs* But I'm going to solve my problem by selling my laptop and buying an iBook, which is what I was going to do originally. I've just downloaded spybot for my laptop, and after only about 10 mins, it was already finding problems. I'm so fed up with it. Grrrr! So yeah, I'm gonna buy myself a new Apple, and it will all be good! ;D It just means I might be offline for a while.

If I could afford it, I would buy your laptop off you, Megana!!!
I wouldn't even be using it for net connections, so I wouldn't have your problems!!!
A laptop, a laptop, my Kingdom for a laptop!!!

They are quite expencive. That's why I'm looking on ebay! ;D And why I have to sell my other one first.
Kayt, I know how you feel. I was dying to get a laptop! And now that I've had one, I'm so lost now that I can't use it. But it will all be good soon, hopfully.

I use firefox and it's great. The other thing is to get some really good virus protection, let it do it's thing and then you'll be fine.
I don't really like Apples...

Apples seem weird at first, but once you get used to them they are cool

Well, I've always used Apple, so Windows seems strange to me....
I had Norton 2004 on it, plus all of the updates and stuff. Plus my windows was updated, with a popup blocker, and windows firewall, yet the viruses still got in. *Shrugs* Meh, I'll sell it soon and buy an Apple, so it'll all be good.
