Yeah, my year level has a lot of Kats, Kates and Katies. The problem is that we have 2 Catherines, a Kathryn, a Katherine who's on the roll as Kate, a Katerina, a Kathleen, a Kate, a Caitlin, a Katie... And then we get into the Stephanies and Sarahs...

Yes Raineth cam from Lorraine see: lorRAINE. I haven't been called Lorraine that much at all. Right from Kindy its been Rainy, which evolved into Raindrop which evolved into Raineth when we started speaking like shakespeare in year 11.
Oh and I don't see anything wrong with the name Elsa. Kate is a great name too. Its about the only popualr name I really like.

Its nothing magical or mystical though

My real name is Jessamy.
It's because my mum thought she heard it in a song when she was 16 and she liked it, but it was actually "Jessamiine".
People say my name wrong often, the worst one so far has been "Jessamoo" which was by a student teacher.

Jessamoo... thats just... *laughs* I like the name Jessamy though. It sounds cool I checked my name ranking on that website thing. Emily is 3rd. Which explains why theres about 2 million Emily's in my year... I also know about 10 milion Ashley's, Ashleighs, Ashlea's or Ashly's... *checks rating site* Well, what do know, Ashley is ranked 1st

Emily is a nice name though.
I know 4 Ashleys. 3 are boys, 1 is a girl.
That's kind of weird because Ashley is a girls name isn't it?

Jessamy is a lovely name. It's very original, and it sounds nice.
I love the names of Raineth's kids. Leo and Ellie, I think they work really well together. They're both nice names, and they sound nice as a pair. Well done, Raineth!

Wow thanks Kayt! Usually people say: "Oh Leo that is a nice name! and don't mention Ellie at all. Its kind of funny actually. I think Jessamy is gorgeous. Originally Ashley was a boys name I thought. but I'm not really sure.

"That's kind of weird because Ashley is a girls name isn't it?" Kitten actually Ashley is a boy's name , weirdly so is Ainsly yet the only Ainsly's I've known have all been girls. I think it might have something to do with the whole feminest thing as giving girls what have traditionally been male names seems to be in right now eg. peter, sydney, Dylan, Robin, Skye I think was originally just a boys name but I can't remember. 'tis weird ;D

Skye is a really pretty name too

Yeah, Ashley is a guy's name and is more commonly the male spelling (although, noadays with all these weird spellings, common has gone out the window). The girl's version is Ashleigh, although now we have Ashly, Ashlea, Ashalee...

The other day, me and my friends decided to try something... we went out in front of the hall and shouted "Ashly!" (or whatever spelling). About fifty people turned around and said "Yes?"
Lud, my school is huge....
