Hi guys,
*puts on sad voice*
I'm sorry to say that *sob* I can't *sob* come *sob* on here *sob* mush *sob* anymore!
I used to come on at the library at school because they had computers and I didn't at home. I went to the library to do my *cough cough* homework. Now I am moving schools and I can't do my *cough cough* homework at the library anymore.
So now I will only be able to come on when I am at my Dad's which is not very often.
So apart from the occasional post (occasional only being every second weekend apart from the school holidays) that I can't come on so yeah.
This is probably just a waste of a post but I am bored!

That plainly suxs, what is it with stupid libraries, they always think we are looking at something we shouldn't, so put ridiculous obstructions on things. trying to do a project on breast cancer was hell, whereas typing in altravista took me to places i never want to go again *shudders*
You will be much missed!!! Most annoyed on you behalf!! stupid libraries, never have the books i need anyway... *grumble grumble*

They only let u use the computers for *sigh* work and the library closes as soon as school finishes! But at my Dad's I got broadband! Yay! So I can come on here all holidays! Well, until my Dad says that I have come on too much and he'll ban me from using it but oh well!

grr, yeah, some school libraries are so stupid. Mine even blocked google!! GOOGLE!! then they realised that was just dumb so they unblocked it again, but anyways... |

My school rebooted the system and for, a few weeks, our own SCHOOL SITE was blocked... Gives you a bit of an idea of what we could get into... And then they unblocked that but still, everything else was still blocked. Google was blocked. EVERYTHING was blocked. We were in the computer room trying to research something at one stage, the entire class ended up cracking it and being in a foul mood for the next teacher cause we all got so p!ssed off at being blocked from EVERYTHING. And, even though they said they were going to fix it, they hadn't by the time school ended.

in yr 10, around the time we were supposed to be doing our IT competencies (which included an email competency) our school decided to block hotmail, and issued us all with 'dingomail' accounts that i dont think anyone managed to get working. that really sucked.
cat, they blocked your school site, rofl, i know having that much blocked wouldvw driven me up the wall, but it still sounds funny

It was hilarious when in IT my teacher wanted the class to go find somehting, and she told us to go into our myinternet thingies and go to the special Catholic Schools search engine. She got so annoyed when she found out we'd been blocked from our own school site and therefore our myinternet bit. She was going "But, isn't that just your internet not working, cause that's been happening a lot lately too" and then we got someone whose internet still actually worked and they showed her the error message which said that it had been blocked.
Stupid school...
