hey all finally home so ill tell you about my engagement

we were in wellington and we went shopping for rings, finally at about the 7th shop we found the perfect ring, i'm going to try and upload a photo later, so we went up the wellington cable cars with go right up to a mountain and we wandered around the botanic gardens there for a whi;le and enjoyed the views. then we went and had dinner in a cafe. we had a massive antipasto platter which had everythign from smoked salmon to olives, to pickles, to camembert, basically all my fav foods and then had our mains. i had garlic and chilli prawns which wer egreat! and we had soem nice wine so it was all lovely. then we went back to the lookout for a bit hoping it would get dark but it didnt so he got down on one knee and proposed with my giggling the whole time. it was awesome. then we went back to wellington to look for the other people from our tour to party with. when we got there were grinning away and everyones like ok...
one girl noticed my ring and so i told her and there was a band playing coz it was an irish pub (all us aussies got homesick, lol how funny) so chris walked up to them and asked them to annouce it. suddenly every female in the pub was over congratualtibng and askign if they could see the ring etc etc etc the rest of the niht is a blur coz we drakt oo much, then we had to catcht he boat over the cook straits the next day. fun!

A witch? that would explain how these boots magically appeared on my feet!
