ahhhh ive read macbeth, midsummer nights dream, romeo nad juliette (sp?), richard the 3rd?? and much to do about nothing! ive seen more at the theatre we see 2 each year! i really want to read athello tho! hmmmf....

i loved mac beth after it was explained what the phrases mean
it had a really cool plot and themes to do with deception' ambition, corruption, evil and loads of other stuff

My fave is Much Ado About Nothing, but Macbeth is a close second!

yea! i agree. i love the scene where lady macbeth is trying to clean her hands? or has she gone mad? i cant member now its been to long since i read it....but ive got a distinct visual from the play i saw! its near the end and lady macbeth is the only person there - its like her speach!

It is NOT one syllable
When we studied Macbeth, my group did a scene for our creative response.
I played Macbeth!!!
It was great, cos my best friend was Macduff, and everyone was like "Hey, cool. Those two geeks can ACT!"
Actually, I think what really shocked them was our fully choreographed, immensly complex sword fight!
Hehehe!
Actually... maybe I was Macduff... I'm confused!

It has 3 to 4 syllables.
And I LOVE to sword fight! By my expertise is quaterstave! (I can stage fight but I also genuinely hit Soph with a stick sometimes... it keeps you fit!)

Well my name's pretty darn obvious so it wont be me. Go Shakespeare! Othello is good but I find it to be the one where you most want to grab the main character and shake him.My fave quote from Macbeth is actually this one; Out,out brief candle life is but a walking shadow. Macbeth is my fave out of the non-comedies. I love those witches Fair is foul, and foul is fair, Hover through the fog and filthy air.
