No, if someone else is doing something to you (for instance OD farseeking you) you don't know about it. But it might stop you being able to do what you want to do. So, if someone has, I don't know, nicked all your knives and you go to kill someone, you won't know that you don't have any knives, that person just won't die.
(Yes, it's a very bad example, but I didn't want to give anyone's night choices away and it was the first thing I thought of... ;D)

Do we really have any reason to suspect anyone?
Is there any evidence to indicate who did this? Megana was a Herder sympathiser, is that signifigant?
Do we just pick someone at random or what?

i used to pretend i lived in that castle...and i'd always be in that library...how wonderful would that be!!! all my wishes would come true...and when im older, i'll become rich just so that i can have a library as big and as fantastic as that one:D:D
