Fian and Matthew. Defintely the Highland boys. But since Fian isn't an option I'll vote for Matthew. ;D

Kayt, will there be room for Damo in our shoebox house? We might have to squash him behind the typewriters or something... ;D

If something is worthwhile enought, you MAKE room.

That's so true, Kayt. Perhaps we could make a little extension for him? Or maybe we could buy the shoe-box next door and turn them into one house? Ah, the possibilites are endless...

Well, that's definitely the purpose of Obernewtyn.net - even when it was a much smaller site living on a free Xoom site.

Yeah and look how far it's come I'm still amazed by it...I wonder if Shannon ever imagined the community becoming so collosal and tight-knit? For that matter, I wonder if IC ever imagined this?

As a writer, my preliminary ambition is to be published.
My ULTIMATE ambition is to have fans like us!
That'd be so cool!

Hey...I don't mean to get all serious or mushy or anything - but has Ober.net changed your life in any way? I was thinking about it while I was washing the dishes and if it hadn't been for Obernewtyn.net I would never had: 1. Met one of my best friends, Amie. Hence wouldn't have met my closest group of friends at the moment. 2. Stayed in Chesterfield while I was in England and would never have gotten Filbert / given Lu Boggles. 3. Pushed myself to learn more about web design - and hence wouldn't have the job that I have now. 4. Still be taking Elspeth's word as gospel 5. Gone to Sydney and met up with anyone. 6. Had EDR moments with Glynna. ...it's kind of scary isn't it...please tell me I'm not the only one!

well i wouldnt no anywhere near as much it/net stuff as i do now...and htat isnt alot. so im not claiming anythin but its a hell of a lot more then i used to no. i wouldnt have met so many fun wonderful ppl! or gotten the courage to do really random things like run off to castle hill for coffee, or go to canberra for the hell of it. its gotten me more into reading and books...but it comes down to the ppl and new ways of expressing my self...like the lj communities and other things oberneters have gotten me into... ive become more 'accepting' like not sooo first impression dependant - esp on looks and such...
so dont worry min ur definatley not the only one!
