I really admire your courage in doing it. I've always wanted to go on exchange, but I simply can't bear to leave. I have trouble leaving my house to go to work. France? *shakes head furiously*

i'm still trying to poke my dad into organising an exchange trip for me....where should i go?? i'm not so sure about france...it doesnt really interest me that much!!

Thats is soooooo cool =) I want to to see if I can do my Masters overseas but I won't be able toa fford it unless I get a scholarship... which isn't going to happen =(

yes, please do. I'd love to go to France, but i can't speak french & I would probably never become an exchange student coz I'd be too freaked out & scared... I couldn't bear leaving my dog!

I've been to France. It was quite polluted but otherwise nice. (Don't worry about the arrogant French, there's nice ones as well, and they are mostly fine as long as you speak a little french. which i dont.

hehehehe my sister was an exchange student in switzerland. she had a hell of a time. NEVER assume that people don't know what you're saying in english, this american chick was talking to my sister about her exchange brother "oh he's such a cutey, i love his butt!" for like AN HOUR. then my sister turns around to him and goes "so sam, how's your english going" he starts laughing and laughing, stops and goes "actually pretty good lately" american chick stuck to french after that.  |
