It's all well and good for you to say that Rushton should be more compassionate to others, not just elf, and to some extent I agree with you, but Rushton is his own person, just like everyone else. I'm not a very openly compassionate person and I wouldnt change that just because people think of me as mean or something like that. Like thats who I am, that's just who he is, and we cant change it. I think he's great the way he is.

Rushton is compassionate I think in hois own way... But remeber he is also a hardened leader and the best leaders are not the most liked people of a Team, they are the most confident within themselves and abbility... The best leader I have ever known show no interest in what others think of them and are able to be blunt and forthright in their comments, feedback and actions towards others... Rushtons compssion is subtle and effective... |

I don't think Rush is uncompassionate. After all, he's very keen on Misfits, who everyone else is terrified of, even though he's not Talented himself.
Rushton is an excellent leader who cares deeply for the people under his command.
I also think he's a jerk, but he's not uncompassionate by any means.
