i knew about the boards through the lovely Kayt, who kept poking me, demanding i come on and help her cause against Rushton. It wasn't until after my first meet, where i met Miska, Lix, Megs and Lol, that i finally got around to coming online.
and now i'm stuck.
they won't let me go....
not that i would want too ;D

Let's see, how did I find this place ... oh yeah - just typed "obernewtyn" into Google and this came up first!  No regrets there! Admittedly, I found this site sometime in early 2005 but was too busy with my MA and getting ready to move back to Australia, so I didn't join until two months ago. |

Gawd...I originally found the old Obernet site in early 2000. It was via another Obernewtyn fan club I'd been a member of for maybe a year, called Guildmerge, who basically just emailed each other all the time. One of the girls on Guildmerge advertised "this new Obernewtyn site" that someone had started and I joined...about the time the guilds were being set up. Huzzuh Guild D!

You may thank Thorir for my joining up. Sadly, he doesn't seem to be here much, feel free to click here and annoy him. He's called Erebfaer. He found out I had read the obernewtyn chronilces, and that I has a bit wired, and showed me how to get to Sus rid, back when we had the old forum. |

I want the members password too! I haven't even gotten the guild one and I've done more than 60 posts! Waah! Yesh, you need to request entry to both those places (members only, and guild board). It's not automatic. |
