Im left handed and everyone i know knits right handed so i always forget how to start lol!
But i can knit when im reminded, i make jewellry and i have crostiched, i made a flag for a ex as well. My friend Jes and i like to make cards for friends rather than buy them.
Ive also mended and made clothes and bags and stuff at school for DT!! but thats years ago lol, our sewing machine here is ancient!!
Whats the thing when u get a toilet roll and stick stuff to it and then wind the wool around it and the knitting goes down the middle?? french knitting??? god i cant remember let alone describe it!!!
and that silly fingerknitting lol when im bored.
I also made clthes for a teddy bear with my 12 yr old cousin a few years ago, from scratch. we made our own patterns lol!!!
It never occored to me to make my own corsets lol... I have one i bought from Gallery Serpentine ( or, my ex bought it for my birthday) in Enmore in Sydney, but what a great idea!!!
All of this sounds like a great idea guys!!!!

Yeah, french knitting is with the toilet roll  I've done it too. Fingerknitting is like simple crotchet. |
