A question?

Read this question, come up with an answer and then scroll down to the bottom for the result. This is not a trick question. It is as it reads. No one I know has gotten it right - including me.

A woman, while at the funeral of her own mother, met this guy whom she did not know. She thought this guy was amazing, so much her dream guy she believed him to be, that she fell in love with him right there but never asked for his number and could not find him. A few days later she killed her sister.

Question: What is her motive in killing her sister?

You know what's weird? My boss at my old job got this question in an email and she got all of us to answer it. (Both she and another colleague actually got the answer, but that's not the point here.) The point is - even though I'd already heard the answer, I couldn't remember it.

I thought she'd found out that her sister was seeing the guy or something and she was insanely jealous, so she killed her. That was the only thing that seemed to make any sense, from a story point of view...

I got it right, but i've heard it before. I can't remember if I got it right the first time... I didn't actually remember the answer this time though, I just went "Hey, I've read this before. What was the answer... umm... *reads again*" and then i came up with the correct answer...
