maccas anyone?

I was so confused at the beginning of this topic... lol, here we call it "Mc-E-dee's", or plain ol' "McDonalds", my dad calls it "McMuttles" because he read somewhere that the meat is the same quality that they put into dog food... I've had friends who've worked there, and they call it evil and wrong... ^.~

I sooo love boost! i absolutly loved it had it like every day i was there tried to find it in calif. didn't have it. was soooo very bummed. no tim tams and no boost. although my sister is going to aus. sometime i may ask for a pack of tim tams. She can't really bring back boost. it is a da** shame.

Maccas aint so bad.. Crispy Chicken Foccacias! YUM! My brother had his party there (he's 6) lol, it was funny. I got ice cream cake

don't worry i'm trying to talk my friends to come to my next birthday party, cept i want mine at macca's....thing is half of them go, ok that's cool lexi has got one of her wierd ideas again and the other half go....why on earth are we having a 18th at macca's!!!

i went to a 17th bday party at maccas, they made us play games! eeek! then we went and played putt putt gofl which was fun

yeah i went there on my bday this year (20th) ooh god i sound old! we had a really good time. i wouldnt let my boyfriend beat me coz it was my birthday. every time he'd do better than me at a round id yell at him and tell him how selfish he was being

I didn't do anything for my 20th this year... I like having birthdays pass by without notice, but I may HAVE to do something next year... As long as I know its my birthday, why should anybody else care?! I don't need to celebrate to feel better or older...
I make the whole birthday thing sound lie a chore... it is kind of...

i'm not one for recieveing presents... and I don't like recognition...

My cousins in England call is McD's and when my brother and I were calling it Maccas they were all like "What!?"

In English we're doing a unit on SuperSizeMe. But, in Australia Maccas has never introduced the SuperSize thing. Also, a lot of people miss the point with the movie. It wasn't JUST against McDonald's, it was also against a lot of other fast food chains and the American way of life (it's not the only way of life there, I know, but it is one for some people) where some people do only eat fast food and don't exercise.

Supersize Me was great. I hate Maccas and haven't eaten there for years. I find it doesn't smell like food to me, just of grease and chemicals. I love the fact that these days there are more and more options. Unless you're in the middle of nowhere you will be able to find something that may not be quality but will at least resemble food more closely. It was interesting in SM when he tells you that there are as many calories in the yoghurt shake things as there are in the sundaes, so it isn't really a 'healthy option'.

I love controversial films. I wanna see Farenheit 9/11 soon.
