unfortunately the squirrels didn't forget about him (how they even knew he was there when they were unconcious?? Well it's a squirrel thing...) and decided to pelt him down with the fallen potatoes and broken umbrellas

unfortunately the Japanese did so they made sure he held true to his commitment to it.
(FYI - IC mentions it in Alzyon Whitestarr though she may have used Hara-kiri which is apparently the English version. It means to commit suicide by stabbing yourself in the guts)
