Well, it does show that the Anti-Rushton Alliance, or the Down With the Seraphim Monarchy Group, or whatever it is that we want to call ourselves, need to be more organised and focused if we want to win next time! First of all - no one ran Elspeth?  What were we thinking? She would have smacked pig-boy around in no time! Also, a late appeal, I know - how can someone be Master of Obernewtyn AND Prime Minister of Obernewtyn at the same time? Isn't that a bit like ... a dictatorship? |

Actually, you're spot on AF! We should have been more organised, and banded together to support one person...there's always next election! Bec - there IS no democracy! The Master of Obernewtyn cannot be the Prime minister ! It'd be like making the Queen do Tony Blair's job - sure, Rushton has the breeding and the inheritance - BUT CAN HE LEAD and make rational decisions?! The reason you started this whole thing was to REPLACE Rushton *grumbles* therefore, whoever became Prime Minister was going to replace Master of Obernewtyn. Rushton doesn't hold both positions because Master of Obernewtyn no longer exists!  |

I meant master in a purely inheritance sense, similar to royal families. Since Stephen Seraphim seems to have disappeared off the face of the planet, Rushton is the inheritor of Obernewtyn. It seems he just defaulted to Overlord of Obernewtyn because it was his birthright. Not because he was the one most fit to lead.
*stands by Domick and waits for Rushtons-reign-of-terror, or however long the government terms last, to be over*
