well u see if u skip dinner ur less likely to be eating too large an amount of food for ur digestive system to burn off before u go to sleep. So if u skip it then ur body is still running on the lunch u had so u burn off your lunch better...or so ive heard  |

if it is a normal feather you can but if its an evil feather you need some honey
put the honey on the ground roll in it and wa lah the feather is now in the honey
honey and feather attract, kinda liek magnets but not opposites
