She doesn't want people to know that she has secretly defected to the Ashlings... what... photobucket... nooooo..... all my cartoons.... what am i to do..... wonder what the hell has happened to it..... *wonders* Why, simply do what the desperate do (ie. me) and sign up with Image Shack for the duration.  |

tis okay, photobucket has reappeared. it was obviously having a mild panic attack and decided to come online again, tis good, so Frankie, go ahead, make me a picture 
Oh, and i have not defected to the Ashlings, i remain guildless simply because i feel i make a pathetic guild member, but i will always stick up for dreamweavers in a fight, and will happily eat my shoes for any of you. Plus, any points i randomly earn for any random guild tally that crops up will be for you guys.... I just figure it's easier to stay in limbo... besides, it's nice here, there's gumdrops....

1. TA! 2. wthell does anti-alias mean? Oh Lady of the Fonts! I am afraid my knowledge on such things is limited and 2. wanted to get more into my sig, but the character limit wouldn't let me have any more linkage ones... *sigh* so i shall have to think up something else.. or just leave it....
And i want people to tell me about the llamas, i am getting no response, so i must assume everyone is happy! Which is good!! i was thinking of making another square announcing that everyone is too happy for their own good..... i shall think on it maybe a COMPLAIN DAMN YOU but that might be too affronting, still, i am rambling, and we must get back to the game!

2. wthell does anti-alias mean? Oh Lady of the Fonts! Anti-alias an option when you're using fonts in a graphics program. Basically, it sort of smudges the outside of the font so it looks smoother and blends into the background colour or image a little more neatly. There should be something in your text window in PhotoShop where you can select anti-alias. If it's not obvious, then Help should be able to point you in the right direction. In theory... You can pretty much apply anti-alias 95% of the time, the major exception being when you're working with tiny pixel fonts. That's when you can safely turn anti-alias off. And that was my font lecture for the day. Private tutorials will be held upon request. ;D |
